  • Building Insurance
  • Maintenance service charge
  • Legal fees

The Tenant

 1. Fill in application

2. Provide two forms of ID*

– Current Passport
– Current UK or EEA photo-card driving licence
– National Identify Card with photograph
– Photographic registration cards in the construction industry (S1S4)

*One form of ID must show your current address

3. Provide two references

We require one reference from your accountant or current business Landlord.

We also require a second reference from a current supplier or character reference from a professional person whom you have known for 3 years or more. This person cannot be related to you.

3. Agree to credit check

G Manyweathers Commercial Limited will share your information with selected parties to carry out the necessary credit checks and references.
