Rent Collection – 5% of Monthly Rental Income

Service Levels Explained

Finder’s Service – Ideal for a landlord who would like help choosing a suitable tenant but is then happy to take responsibility for the rental, rent, repairs and maintenance.

Rent Collection Service – Ideal for a landlord who would like the reassurance of having the rent collected each month and avoid any chasing up calls but who is happy to be the primary contact for their Tenant and deal with any repairs and maintenance.

Maintenance/On Call – Ideal for a landlord who would like the agent to the primary contact for the Tenant and be on call if any questions or issues arise. As well as the Agent dealing with any quotes, repairs or maintenance.

Fully Managed Service – Ideal for a landlord who would like the reassurance of having their rental fully managed, freeing themselves of any concerns. Especially ideal for those Landlords that do not live locally to the property.
